We recently closed on our new home in San Jose and could not have done it without Ella. Ella is very familiar to with the Silicon Valley real estate market, friendly, responsive, and, most importantly, has her client's best interest in mind. During the buying process, my wife and I will often tell each other how happy and lucky we are to have Ella on our side through one of our biggest decisions in life. Ella was very patient during the home touring process, didn't rush us nor up-sell us. When we decided to make an offer, she tried to get us the best reasonable deal possible. After our bid was accepted by the seller, Ella patiently walked us through the paperwork, loans, title company, and anything and everything that we had zero clue about. Ella even helped us find AC installer, handyman, and paid for part of our AC installation! After we moved in, Ella was still helping us wrap up minor details.

Ella is the consummate professional. I can't thank her enough for helping us find and close our dream house. There were many bidders for the house we wanted but she went above and beyond, submitting a cover letter and photos of us to the seller to ensure we were able to close on the house we wanted. She is very thorough with a killer work ethic - she tirelessly helped us to find the house we wanted and helped us tour numerous homes before we found the right one. She patiently walked us through the paperwork and even helped us get a cleaner and inspection agent!
She is also just an overall wonderful human being who really cares about her clients. I can only hope she brings joy to many more clients as she has done for us!

Even after we closed on the house, the seller didn’t move the junk out as agreed, Ella personally hired someone to take care of it. That shows a lot about how much she cares for her clients. We didn’t just find one of the best and most honest realtors but a friend whom we would love to stay connected.
